COPESSA and Cwenga

It has been a greatest honour to have worked with COPESSA which was introduced to me by Cwenga. Even though I was with the organisation for a very short period of time I am proud to say I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience which I will treasure.

I am taking away COPESSA’s vision of creating a safe and secure environment with me to my community and I promise to use this vision to build my own community. It is always nice to work with well envisioned people with positive energy that radiated in me.

COPESSA has a real ability for self-evaluation, it is a known fact that effectively managed NGOs are fundamental for promoting developmental change that is transformational and I can confidently say that COPESSA has brought change that has lasting impacts on the lives of the community. I have learnt a lot and it was really great to be part of the after-care programme the organisation had, where kids were helped with homework and were taught many different activities.

Words can neither qualify nor quantify how helpful the guidance and advice has been. The leardership skill the organisation has makes it easy to manage the team. I am proud to have learned some of these qualities. Thank you COPESSA for guiding me professionally and personally.
